google services not responsive

hi, after android upgrade to 7.0 ver. 7.07_2017.03.03, core ver. 3.18.35, no google related applycation is working on umi max.
is there any way to fix this? will factory reset solve this issue?

Most likely yes. And also it is very very recommended to do a clean install when changing android versions.
