All partitions except the recovery have updated versions in this updated firmware. That simple fact makes it important to flash all of them. The encryption affects only the userdata and cache partitions. I don't guarantee anything if you don't flash your phone in firmware upgrade mode.

According to our current knowledge, an Android 7.x upgrade for UMi Z can be released in ealry April. Please be patient until and keep an eye on this ROM page to be informed as soon as possible.

I just noticed that when I set the volume down to vibrate ("Meeting" sound profile), haptic feedback is disabled. This happens both with virtual and physical buttons. I think haptic feedback should only be disabled in DND mode ("Silent" sound profile). I don't see an option to customise the existing profiles, I can only add a new one.

Can these be considered for the next release? Thanks

Hi,
This issue has been confirmed and reported to the engineers. Hopefully it will be fixed or customization of other profiles will be enabled.

when im restart my phone, the call settings, hide or not my caller id change back to default setting (my phone number hidden) of my mobile provider...... why? all times when starting my umi z, im resetting to caller id show my phone number..

Hi,
1. Open the Phone app
2. Tap on the 3-dot menu button at the top right corner and select Settings --> Caling accounts
3. Select your SIM card, then Additional settings. Wait for reading contents (from your carrier)
4. Select Caller ID and choose your option. Wait for updating the settings.
You can change the network default setting at the customer service of your carrier.

I upgraded to this version "V3.02_20170225 (Android 6.0) firmware" and I continue with some problems:

koszonom a tippet de mondom... beallitom, aztan ha valamiert ujraindul a telefon vagy ujraindítom.. esetleg lemerul akkor se jegyzi meg a beállítást és mindig be kell állítanom újra.. elég idegesítő tud lenni ... erre ötlet? fejlesztőknél nem landolt még ez a para?
