Screen defect or sign of screen failure Umi Max

I'm having a problem with my Umi Max's screen. On the bottom-right corner, when I press on it, a waving effect appears, like when an LCD display is pressed. The screen is intact, it doesn't have cracks and the panel doesn't seem to be moving on that corner. Anyone can tell me what can be wrong?

It seems that the panel is moving on that part of the phone (clicking sounds can be heard when I press the area between the corner of the phone and the Harlequin LED). Ok, now I'm pissed. The panel seems to move on the upper-left side, on about one inch down from the top. It's clear now - the panel is badly glued. Will it come off? I hope not. So this is about crappy construction. Nice! What should I do?

Ok, so the problem I have to address here is that my phone has a badly glued screen. I don't know how such thing can happen with a phone purchased last year in September. Although I was pleased with its functions and good looks, I have to warn everybody about its questionable build quality. At first I was excited, now I am angry about it. And the warranty is questionable too, if you live in Europe. I wouldn't mind if the process would be smoother and faster, but it takes up to a month to get the product back to vendor and a month to send it back. It is too much and I won't pay about 100$ for quick shipping, considering I've paid 150 $ for the phone. It's absurd. The vendor didn't even answer who pays for the shipping, when I asked. I'm still waiting for the answer about this issue. In my country, if a product breaks on warranty period, the seller picks it up free of charge and returns it free of charge. So, think twice before buying. I tried and I was dooped. At least, that's what I feel. If the screen fails, I'm going to toss the phone in the trash, because the screen only is about 100$, so I prefer buying a new phone than replacing the screen. The fact is, I'm still a fan of this phone. I hope it wouldn't die.

If you don't want waiting months for repair you should get from aliexpress double side tape (special for smartphones repair) around €3-6 and fix everything you self. Also you can buy basic tools for dissembling your phone around €5.
I thinking that this will be better option than sending back to China.
