Update for anyone interested!

I contacted BangGood and they were very efficient and courteous at arranging a return. I had to pay postage, of course, but that was only around £15.

Mind you, it took weeks and weeks and weeks...

Phone received back, working perfectly. And then my son dropped it - broken digitiser.
