Microphone problem in calls, no sound

\n\nI tested calling voicemail and the mictester app shows the sound of the voicemail and not when I speak.
Without calling,  the mictester react normal. Simcard is not the problem Because WhatsApp also has this problem.

When I call I hear myself in the top speaker.

Hi chevytom. I am escalating this to UMI as it seems there are a few more people who are experiencing the same issue.

I know this may be a lot to ask but has anyone tried a factory reset to see if the issue remains?

@Umidaze, can you inform us about this as soon as possible?
Is it fixable or we should return our phones to coolicool ?

I've tried factory reset, and it didnt work. Pls help I need this for work.

Maybe the problem is with the second "noise channeling" microphone.
Voice recorder and camera doesn't use it. Only call.

Same problem here, we need a fast fix. No use to a phone if you cant talk with it.

I also have the same issue, a fix would be nice, otherwise I have to send the phone back..

As Rhen said and agree with him that's probably the noise cancelling microphone the issue .
Someone can test this:

Try to completely cover the rear microphone and do a call

Same problem here. Great device by the way, but without mic for phone calls it is not much more then a nice tablet.......

Or try to speak to the noise cancelling mic. Maybe the two mics are reversed by a software issue.
