Battery problem - how to get new battery?

Hi, amoung the numerous problems I had with my Rome is that the battery has not only failed, it has swollen up to about 3 times its size and forced the back cover off the phone.

The battery has been failing for some time now. The phone is not even 12 months old. The screen doesn't work properly. I press on one icon and another loads. The battery discharges after about 5 minutes of talking and the phone turns off.

I ordered a new battery from http://vifocal.com/ but the battery hasn't arrived. I ordered it over 2 months ago and still no battery. I have emailed Vifocal about 4 times but they never answer my emails.

Is Vifocal a legitimate company or have I been caught up in some scam?
