How to replace screen for umi rome

Hi, Finally gotton my replacement screen after having my umi rome out for 3 mth due to crack screen.
However are unable to find any tutorial on how to make the changes so if anyone is kind enough to teach me here, will be very gratefull.

How did you get your replacement screen? I can't even get a new battery for my Rome.
