Hi -  I followed the instructions to a T, but after turning the handset off (UmiDigi Plus e) then back on holding down the power up all I get is a black screen with half a dozen small blue chinese lines at the top left -- its probably the list to scroll down to a certain option but unfortunately I cant read chinese -- any ideas how to get this list in english ?

I would try holding power button a while and wait ?
I think phone will power off

Hi

I received an OTA update, now my phone is bricked.
When I charge it (via PC or wall socket) it becomes VERY hot, almost immediately
I installed the flash_tool, downloaded the rom but the phone will not even boot when I press and hold the power button for 10 s. The flash_tool also does not start downloading the new ROM.

What are my other options, what can I do to fix this?

My phone is downloading an OTA update at the moment. The update is big 322 mb cca, but the only changelog described is rebranding to umidigi. Is there any more info on this update and did it case priblems for anyone? (Besides tetrode)

please i need your help to me downgrade my umi plus to android 6.0. the problem is that i recieved a wireless update of android 7.0 and installed it, ever since then the phone is always getting hot while charging and now it has lost cellular network. no single network bar, i cant call noon receive calls. please can you send me a possible links to downgrade it android 6.0?
