I uncheck preloader and userdata. When I got a problem, I have tried all the firmware and all modes SPFT

I was told that maybe have been set incorrectly touchscreen driver. Now I need a new kernel, which returns the old touch screen driver

The boot.img contains the kernel, so every time you flash your phone, you flash the kernel as well.
Try to flash the same version, that worked properly last time but with the Format All + Download option. That process will format the whole flash chip before flashing, so only the new data will be present on the flash chip. As a negative side effect, you'll lose your IMEI numbers, so you have to reflash them with the SN Writer Tool.
If your touch screen still doesn't work after a successful flashing, then (as an accidental coincidence) you have a hardware failure, that's not related to the software.

When you flash ROM did you checked all partitions? Including user data preloader etc
