Sometimes there are 4-5 intermediate versions between the released ones, these are just such ones. Routine updates are usually not scheduled, so I can't tell you a concrete date but you can expect an official update very soon.

Since you are a new user here, maybe you haven't realized it until now but already a lot of UMi Plus owners use this ROM without any serious issues. I suggest you to perform a factory data reset or flash the full ROM with SP Flash Tool.

I'm can't use main function of my phone - dialing. Dialer permanently falling with cyrillic symbols from google account. Or cyrillic is not serious?
