Do you see connected your device to the PC? I'm asking, because I have with this a big problem. I have to always the connector plug in under the big pressure, very strongly. Charging no problem, but connecting as masstorage, USB debugging is for me really hard, but with sometime posible. And sure, drivers are installed correctly. If you haven't any problem, let me know, we will then try another steps with TWRP an extracted system and kernel.

In this release I find difference with android 6 at set wallpaper function to lock screen, the image is not centered. Pls fix or set option.

FIRMWARE CURVES .GPS is not working. dialer (phone app) is not working. When will be fixed? android 7 umi plus.

Guys, really it is time for a stable upgrade for Umi Plus Android 7.
Today it is the 2nd time in 30 days, that my device stopped booting into Android, it hangs at the "android" screen.
I dont have another choice then re-flashing again to fix, that my device isnt usable.
When i bought my two(!) Umi (Plus and Plus E) smartphones, i had a really good feeling, but actually, i think about selling them, because they arent stable, useful, but with so high potential. Start develop good software and stop spamming smartphones on the market.
If there is a bad reputation for u, cause of promising updates, which are not stable if you bring them up nobody will be interested in, buying Umi smartphones. In my opinion, you should hurry up before you lose then european market. the croud wont pay much, but there are others that are able to beat your price, and be up-to-date, stable.

UMI PLUS 7.0 - Update 02/08/2017 , both updates have 2.4 GB in size,the last update before those 2 was UMI PLUS 7.0 - Update 12/28/2016 that has only 1.3 GB in size,so the difference is to big between them (1.1 GB more for those 2 new updates).
Edit : I have just tested the "new" UMI PLUS 7.0 - Update 02/08/2017 FOTA Update,and i think it`s fake! Nothing has been changed! If you look into build.prop from updates says Android Patch Security 2017.01.05,when the phone restarted after "update" has the same December Security Patch Update and the same build version from 28.12.2016.

Yes, the new UMIDIGI logo is applied in the new version and the model is called 'UMIDIGI PLUS' from now. Those files on needrom are just packed resources, not updater files and the file of "UMI PLUS 7.0 - Update 02/08/2017 FOTA Update" is damaged. If you want, I can create a flash tool package using the resources inside the 02/07/2017 file but I suggest you to wait for the official version provided here. The version of the security patch level hasn't changed.
