\n\nOk I have done these procedures and it worked. But I had to download the windows 10 usb driver from another website it wasn't provided in the original post. My MTK usb port com 5 is there and not disappearing which is good I guess ? but I once I turn off my phone and plug it back I have Mediatek Preloader USB VCOM (Android ) (COM 3) showing up and then disappearing. Is it normal ? If no please tell me what to do and if yes give me the next steps.

Firstly download and install vcom driver
Download SPFT tool and ROM which you want here is late ...

In the SPFT tool, I see 5 tabs which goes like this :  Welcome/Format/Download/Readback/Memory Test.

So should I switch Download only to Firmware upgrade in the Download tab which is below the Scatter- loading file input ?

Moreover, I heard I should disable preloader in order to not brick the phone should I untick the case or not ?

Please only use scatter tab for pick up scatter file and this tab under scatter tab and change to firmware upgrade . Don't touch anything else.
The preloader is including tp drivers in previous versions was tp driver in corrected cause "ghost touches". If you want you can check or uncheck preloader. This is only your decision. The latest ROM should including all available tp drivers.

You no need more drivers only vcom driver, SPFT, and ROM file. Your phone will be only visible when SPFT is running. Make sure phone is charged and is OFF.

If you don't won't loose your data (pictures etc) you can uncheck data user but we always recommending check all boxes

Yes vcom driver only show for second when you plug in phone to computer. And use same USB port on your computer. Don't forget firstly press download on SPFT and then plug in phone to computer.

Just to correct some information I did say that preloader contains tp driver which is not true (is just easier to say than explain) is contains PMT (partition management table). If preloader is unchecked some partitions are not overwrite and that why you not loose you correct tp driver.
