PROBLEM RECOLVED!!!

- WIPE ALL / TWRP !!
- SP FLASH With Android N ROM and TWRP Recovery (not boot to configurate - blank)
- SN writer to colocate the Original IMEI Number Of the box (Instantly)
- Reboot to configurate - and test with *#06# (On Telephone IMEI Numbers)
- Wifi MAC Address - Stable (On/Off Phone  - Mantain the same MAC Address)

I'm very happy that you restore the IMEI.

However I find a fix online but you need to install a custom recovery installing custom recovery you can't do OTA update so I discourage you to do that, you have to wait for some few weeks so that the development team can fix that issue.

The GPS not depend from the 4G.

In dont Root my device , the TWRP mantain read only configuration ... otherwise , the device on application se rooted OEM Fabric to many software , especially Banks app, and token apps

Because, my Nexus 5x is running a custom rom with root, but i am also part at the developer program at google, so i get the Beta updates of android N.
Actually i get informed about 7.1.1 and running and OTA (yes Umi, Google is able to do)...but not sure, if I should do ;)

But my question goal was for the Umi Plus...

In order to be able to upgrade your UMi Plus to Android 7.0 via FOTA method (Wireless update), you have to have this latest Android 6.0 version installed on your device.
