UMI MAX crappy camera problem

I bought UMI MAX about 2 weeks ago.

The only one thing that I hate in that phone is camera.

First thing that I made when I get the phone is updating the firmware to v1.01_20160923 which I expect to improve the quality of the camera.

That update didn't change anything, only added PRO-PHOTO which is useless.

The main problem is that the photos are very blurred, even if I make pictures of slow moving objects.

Even If I open the camera (and don't make a photo shoot) and I look around, the picture is lagging.

Moreover, when I make video, it's saving as a .3gp picture.

I'm very pi55ed about all that thing. I think it's not a Panasonic camera, but they take it from Nokia 3310 !

Anobody knows if maybe they will release any new firmware which will improve the camera to work normally ?!

I am fine with the camera, outside pictures are good enough, inside you need a steady hand.
It's ok for the price.

I am too little worried abt it. When i click pics corner of photo is blurred while the center is focussed.

My expierences are same,  that's why I install Open Camera from Google Play.

Does Open Camera change anything? I don't think so. Still blurred photos.

I installed Open Camera and Snap Camera. The photos are a little bit better (just a little bit) but what I found is that when I open normal camera the picture before takinh shoot is brighter than in other camera apps. On Open Camera and Snap camera the picture is very dark.

Hi,

This is a user forum here, not the support area. the developers are working on the better handling of the shutter speed, that causes lagging in low light conditions.
Anyway I suggest you to try to use the camera in such conditions where that's at least possible to take good quality photos. It's not a night vision camera and even when using a professional DSLR camera, photographers use tripods to immobilize the camera in such low light conditions and don't take photos from hand or they'll be blurry.

Even in good conditions that camera is lagging.
I have a 2 years old kid and with that sh!77y phone I cannot make a good photo of my daughter. My previous phone was made in 2013 and it made better pictures.

To be honest, it doesn't have ANY optical stabilisation and yes, my old 2014 phone takes much more better pictures.
