I would buy both. Over-Ear are great for situations where you want people to see you do not want to be bothered/distracted (eg. the office), in ear, especially with noise isolation are great for public spaces where it is better to have less bulk and also cut background noise (eg. bus/train/plane).

In my opinion in-ear, I usually go runnnig and to me is more comfortable but I like on-ear too

As I have extensively mentioned in another poll, I do not like on-ear headphones. So on this occasion I will have to choose just the in-ear ones, but I am hopefull that one day we will see some great over-ear headphones as well.

I see that another mine disappeared comment. I think some moderator has the power to make invisible people's comments unwittingly ... I think what got was something like "In-ear, of course."I not think it was offensive to anyone, so I say that been inadvertently.
