awful audio and video calls

I 've recently bought my new UMI MAX and I have some questions.
1) Does it support video call because I cannot find this possibility anywhere on it?
2) Why the audio when talking with anyone is so awful and low?
3) Can I modify to highest the audio because I hardly hear the other when speaking via phone?

Maybe you could try changing audio values entering Engineer Mode (type *#*#3646633#*#* to get into) in Hardware Testing>Audio

Hi,

At this model you cannot increase the volume of the earpiece in EngineerMode. It's been already reported to the engineers and will be adjusted in a later update. We ask for your patience until. You can use any kind of messenger app to make video calls but the old 3G video calling (through the carrier's line) has not been supported for a long time already, not even in earlier models. Most carriers have been disabled that feature already.
