Since  software 3.02_20160810 I think that in system was activated some other sensors as some phones have sensors in edges of screen and I thinking that umi super could have this sensors and now are used for smart lock (Bencebacsi do you remember was there smart lock option in previous software of umi super?) and now when you don't have phone in hand and is on the table etc sensitivity of screen is dropping probably  due to safety reasons to be not activated some app by mistake. As if phone is on the table and you put one finger on the edge of screen and use other hand for using screen everything is working. But if you put phone on the table and use just one finger   to operate phone is very poor respond from touch and eventually stop respond.  
I hope this information help you to solve this problem in future. If you go to setting >security >smart lock >type in your pin etc. >on body detection you will see explanation about this what I mentioned.

Main camera is bad. Automatic white balance still does not work. Such problems 've never seen any mobile phone. Umi super is not super. It is very average to above-average camera. Advertising reported bombastic phone,  flagship killer..  and the reality  is to cry ;-(

I checked my phone for your complaining and I can't confirmed this issue on my phone in my one is everything fine on finger print lock and unlock just at the first try asked me for put in pin but this was just at first time of use after update.

well,cannot agree with JAN77 "bad words".
last update had improved camera a lot.photos are clearer,shootings are fast and there are many new options on the brand new software,so UMI have put some efforts to improve the complains on the camera behaviour.
as for GPS,still it jumps but is much better than on previous updates. understood it is not a software problem but hardware problem. with gps fix it makes everything better.
have no problems at all with screen behaviour when on table. works perfect.
battery can last only about 24 hours with avverage use. a little bit disapointing.
in general, UMI SUPER is agood smartphone,comparing to other smartphones with same value an up, with quick responds and very clear screen.

After the update, same probleme here with touch screen sensibility , for eg. when placed on a table.

And also the fingerprint sensor went slower.

There is some small issues with colors but........
Here is comparison between two Chines phone brands which used same Panasonic camera. But here is still with old camera app.

Hello,
impossible for me to make an update in FOTA. Umi “euro” reboot with 18% then it begins the update, it stops and displays the message “error!”. How to make update FOTA without error? Is what if I make the update in SPFT, will all be deleted or not?

hello,

i've encountred some probrems after this OTA update.

- fingerprint auth probrem. after fingerprint unlock to requested pin. (double lock)
- homescreen widgets unstable. (randomly reflesh)
- Bluetooth media button(AVRCP) is not work in screen locked.
- some Device Admin apps can't unlock screen lock.
