Hi,
I still can not do the update. After downloading and unpacking the phone restarts, the installation goes up to about 20% and then jumps error.
I've tried all ways, SD card, no SD card, with a SIM card, no SIM card, delete data cache, WIFI update, local update, update from the SD card - nothing works.

I don't want to delete all data from the phone.
I tried to send emails to support UMI, but apparently they have somewhere to their clients, because no one bothered to answer.
Feedback option in the menu update does not work, there is still a network error.
Slowly I was already nervous, because every day I get information about new updates to download, which I can not install.

PS. I don't have root, firmware version 3.02_20160810 because 3.02_20160825 not shown up.

You need use spft to update straight to latest version 20161017.
There is some problem with 20160810 software cause error due to updating.
If you don't won't loose your pictures etc uncheck user data and cache memory. I would advice you to uncheck preloader to incase difference  in tp drivers.

Yes you are right that this is not umi max which has 20160810 software OTA issue. But this is easier way to fix this phone than looking for other faults cause error through to update a special that this user try with different ways to do this update and fail.
I know that you saying that umi super doesn't have this issue but maybe somebody already applied to his phone software from UMI max and the next thing that umi max and umi super shearing some parts of software and similar problem could occurred in umi super too.

And of course Arnie gives the lie to the skeptic view that it’s only the far left who are interested in AGW or who accept IPCC. He’s a very convincing character IMO….you can’t pin the wet liberal tree-hugger badge on him.
