Hi,

The .rar file for SP Flash Tool contains the whole software of the phone, the update.zip contains only the updated components.

The update for Super is over 200MB but this one for the MAX is a smaller one. The file was tested multiple times and it works properly. If you have an SD card in your phone formatted as internal storage, remove it or format mit as external storage. This latter option is highly recommended permanently since many apps have issues if they're installed on the SD card.

Hi,
Downloading via Wi-Fi doesn't make a difference. Format your SD card as external storage or remove it and erase the cached data of the internal storage before processing the update. Of course, flashing with SP Flash Tool is an always working solution without processing anyting else.

After processing the update, please delete your old fringerprints, calibrate the fingerprint sensor and record your fringerprints again. The fingerprint sensor driver has been updated.

Of course I did it. Also cleared the cache. Nothing changed.
It is starting this annoying "feature" when the screen locked by the launcher after 30 seconds. If I lock the screen with power button, the fingerprint scanner is better, not to much, but better, at least recognize the touches. After the first auto lock, it is going crazy. If I restart the phone, it is working until the first auto lock.

Tonight, I changed back to 20160819, and almost perfect the fingerprint scanner. I think it is releated to rom.

Tonight I changed the ROM back to 20160819 (from 20160923, because the fingerprint scanner has issues) and the FOTA update appeared.
The original ROM was 20160810 and in that version there was no FOTA update available.

Hello every body,

so yesterday night update from 20160819 to the current one via Usb and PC, (working on windows 10)
after some struggles, everything update was ok (you have to select firmware update instead of download in the PC software).

after this operation everything is fully erased automatically, so I have to reinstall everything...

but phone seems to be working more or less properly.


just a concern with 4G, because like all the previous days, I'm in my office, and I cannot link 4G ( or really weak and weak even in 3g)whereas before it was strong and stable 4g....did you get the same behaviour or by pure coincidence, this morning my operator is playing with his antenna......((((

a bit disappointed by this update.....

Okay so yes, we had old 1 ,0810 and not 0819 (but officially this is the first release) , I colpmletly missed that rom,so i guess i have to flash to that one,as a lot of ppl saying there are problmes with the fingerprint (in super topic as well)
