Did you use the twrp Based on Android 6.0 firmware ver. UMI MAX.V1.01_20160819 on this new rom?

Ok so i can't get any ota update, im still running MAX.V1.01_20160810 and when looking for new ones iot tells me im up to date. i can't find neither 20160819 nor 20160923.
By the way, im from Cologne Germany, anyone have these updates ota here?

Not got any of the OTA updates here in the UK still on stock  20160810. So OTA updates not working for me. Is this same for all of Europe . See Germany Greece and Rumania not getting updates. When will Europe/UK get these updates
