The para partition is not in use, that's area of the flash ROM is empty. What would you want to do ...

sorry, i was wrongly under the impression that it contained the touch screen firmware, clearly not ;(

Dear Users,

The V1.01_20160923 ROM has been released for UMi MAX. If you have touch screen issues, it will solve them. It's weekend now but as soon as possible I'm going to publish the flash tool version. Until that, if you have a USB Type-C OTG adapter, you can process the update from the Settings --> About phone --> Wireless update menu with using a mouse.

Hi, thank you for your reply it's good to know that there is support in case of a need. very important!
I've noticed that the speaker volume is pretty low.. is this new ROM version gonna fix it ?

I also would like to know about the very low call volume. That is very important to me.

I can confirm that, the max volume of the earpiece could be higher and the speaker itself could bear a higher power sound output. I've reported this issue to the responsible person and hopefully will be solved in a future update.

Hi,

I offer 2 months ago an UMI MAX to my wife, it's awesome less the weight and the camera.
She receive some days ago a notification to make an update from october. I make the download and when i click to start, a popup says rebooting and block here the update process not the entire system.is a know bug?can you help?

PS- i try diferent times in diferent days with same result

Please setup the memory card as external storage, then clear the cached data on the internal storage and try again the update process.
