hi there,

isnt it correct that u can port any rom based on that chip to the umi touch? there are so many
phones out there based on that chipset, i must have been easy to port at least 20 different roms.

if someone would give me some hints, like software or porting help , i would try to port some
for our phone

Edited by festyfawn at 2016-9-6 19:54 \n\n Edited by festyfawn at 2016-9-6 19:50 \n\nOk i tried to port some rom like for example latest from ulefone power and ulefone vienna :-) i am not an expert so no perfect results here ;-) my first problem is win10 64bit....some crazy errors in repaking system.img
here is a usefull link (i think)
http://www.andyfly.com/mtk-roms- ... ng-mtk-64-bit-roms/

My best result is elefone power (latest image) ported but stuck in camera resolution problem (2mpx front and back) If someone know what libraries controls camera resolution,i think, can be a good ported rom. Let me know.

P.S: sorry fom my english !

I think just need the fingerprint details for porting as nobody was able to do that.

There is no different part if it's MM or not I think, there is 2 ports already posted here, check power port topic.
