Hi,
Please revuew your information. All the flash tool, the ROM package and the drivers published here are tested and work well. Try to use another USB port (don't use a USB hub) or USB cable. Sometimes that's enough to just reboot your computer. If nothing helps, you can choose the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flash tool but by that method you'll lose your user data.
I did, other usb, redownloaded, reextracted, checked the crc on the package.
Rechecked the driver, used another compatible cable.. Nothing
All previous Roms are flashable, except this one for my device.

Dear darrellarga,
If you have such issues, please flash this ROM with choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in SPFT instead of the default 'Download Only".
Normally this version has no touch screen problems.
Hello to all.
I have a UMi Super.
I can not install the latest firmware update Super 3.02_20160810 ROM.
The update is downloaded with FOTA method, however, I noticed that during decompression comes to 18%. Then when the device restarts, it goes into error and after a while reboot itself without any update.
Has anyone solved?

Hi,
Please try the following tasks in order until you get successful. So if step 1. doesn't give you the success, go to step 2. and so on.
1. Clear the cached data in Settings --> Storage & USB --> Internal storage.
2. Make at least 1GB free space on the internal memory before starting the update process.
3. Remove the memory card from your phone (if one is installed) and try again.
4. Process a factory data reset in Settings --> Backup & reset.
5. Flash the updated ROM with SP Flash Tool that you can find here.
Dear bencebacsi!
Are you going to tell us that touch sensivity hasn't changed in the last FOTA update? It is weird due to number of people having this problem. It's not a single cases when users are complaining but a lot of people and if you told us flashing the phone with latest ROM would fix the problem then what is causing these problems? Maybe there is a bug in the FOTA updater?, who knows. I would flash my phone to check if it really help but when i do it i may lose my warranty from my reseller (not sure about this but it probably may happen)
Another thing is music player. Could you suggest UMi's developers to improve music player? It's missing 2 simple things - sorting our music by folders and pause/play option while phone is locked.
Thanks.
