UMI SUPER video file format (default Cam App)

Using the UMI SUPER default stock Cam App for Video, the output file is 3GP.
How can I change it to MP4?
I don't see any option anywhere for it.
Only with other Apps I can record in diferent file format.

Excuse me. I have a problem of video format conversion, would sb do me a favor? Recently I downloaded a video in DSS format which can't be opened by my video player. So I download this software named Convert DSS to MP3 to make it playable. But I don't know why after the conversion is finished, there is only video output but no audio.

Or you can search for it online! If still you got stuck in the same situation. And before installing any cam software on your phone or anywhere must read its resume planet reviews online. Only after reading reviews, install that software on your phone because nowadays there so much software and it is hard to choose the best out of them. That is why I always read reviews in google play store and only after that I install them.
