I WANT TO RETURN MY PHONE!!!

I have been trying to contact UMI but no one has bothered replying to my emails. The phone has several problems and it is becoming unusable. How can I return the UMI IRON if I can't contactt anyone?
The problems include:
The screen is falling off.
The back is falling off.
The phone doesn''t fully charge.
There are several other problems which are listed in the email which I sent to UMI.
This is urgent as I need to get another working phone and I need a refund ASAP.
