The sim card tray which broke within hours of ownership.
The charging port didn't fit the charging cable, and both thecharging cable and the charging port broke (it snapped off) meaning I had topay a lot of money to repair it. This happened in the first 2 months ofownership.
The charger block now doesn't charge anything and it means thatI cannot charge up my phone anymore.
The screws in the side of the phone keep falling in half andbreaking so the back of the phone is falling off.
The camera and the top of the screen move backwards and forwardsas if they are going to fall out. The camera pushes back so far that the top ofthe screen comes out.
The notification light has been full of dirt since it arrivedand doesn't show the light very brightly.
When something is plugged into the headphone jack the phonerandomly freezes and restarts meaning that I can't listen to any music.
The pre-installed camera keeps crashing when the front camera isselected meaning that I can't use it. I tried another camera app and most ofthe features don't work even though they worked on my previous phone which wasa much lower specification.
The volume and power buttons require pressing multiple timesbefore they do anything, meaning that I can't easily adjust the volume or turnthe phone on or off.
The pre-installed email system only receives emailed once a dayand claims it has no connection every time I try to refresh it.
The phone overheats even when I'm not using it. It overheats tosuch an extent that it burns my skin when I pick it up. I got a warning sayingthat the battery was overheating and needed to be removed, although the batteryis supposed to be non-removable.
The battery life is very short and not using it for an hour usesup 10% of the battery life. When the battery level reaches 15% the battery lifedecreases to 0% within 5 minutes of not using it. Also after leaving the phoneto charge up overnight for 10 hours the phone doesn't even reach 100% batterylife.
The phone sometimes bypasses the lock screen and doesn't requirea pin to get in. I have checked in the settings and they say that a pin isrequired to gain access to the phone and the off button immediately locks thephone. I feel this leaves me vulnerable to people who could get hold of myphone and access my contacts etc.
The phone randomly disconnects from Wi-Fi networks and alwaysgets a bad signal, even when standing in next to the router. Similarly, whenthere is a 3g connection the phone won't load any web pages.
Several apps which worked on my previous phone now won't loadmeaning that I can't get access to content which I have paid for.
When I was trying to connect to a Wi-Fi network in a hotel wherethe sign in to network page should have been all I got was a red cross. Everyoneelse could sign in and access the Wi-Fi network except me which is reallydisappointing.
When I use the phone while it is plugged into the charger thephone doesn't charge even though the phone says that it is charging.
When I plug the phone into my computer to transfer photos andvideos the phone doesn't appear in the devices section, meaning that I cannotstore my photos anywhere else except my phone which is inconvenient.
I have a micro SD card inserted into my phone however I cannotuse it for anything as I cannot move apps to it or photos and the phonesinternal storage is very limited so I can't have all the apps I would like tohave installed onto my phone.
The phone screen is very unresponsive which makes it very hardto play games and to type on the keyboard and I find it very annoying to use.
The health app which said that many more features will be addedstill have the same 2 features as they had when I bought the phone which isvery disappointing as I was expecting to get a whole lot of features.
The swipe feature which is shown on the website doesn't evenexist on the phone which is a shame because it was one of the features thatmade me buy this phone.
The accelerometer doesn't work so many games don't work as theyshould and depending o the orientation of the phone the compass shows adifferent Direction.
The alarm is silent even when I set it to be full volume so Iregularly oversleep.
When I was typing this email on my phone it kept underliningrandom arts of the text and wouldn't allow me to type where I wanted to.
The phone randomly tells me that there is no sim card insertedeven though there is, meaning that I cannot contact anyone in an emergency.Also, the phone regularly turns on and off my 3g data so it uses up my creditand also when I'm using data it disconnects so I cannot continue with what I'mdoing.
