ROOT JOY NOT CONNECTING MY UMI ZERO

HELLO,
I downloaded Rootjoy in Windows XP and installed successfully. After launcing rootjoy, when i press connect phone button and after connecting my UMI ZERO with usb to PC, it shows error that unable to connect the phone. Screenshot of the error is below. Please help in this regard.

Did you get through on the solutions suggested by the application? You also should try to use another USB cable.

Yes all solutions tried. When i connect cable with phone then phone start charging...
