What device do you have?

Was it supposed to be factory rooted?

Download this app to check if you have root:

If your device isn't rooted, you will need to root it with a root tool such as Kingo - download here:

Stop posting answers that don't work!!!

I installed this crappy Kingo App and the only thing it does is show me a screen that says "No ROOT" with a big lock!!
