This is the SP Flash Tool version of the

V3.05 (20160331) firmware

for UMI Rome X

Flash Tool operation is recommended for experienced users only. Do not use it if you cannot understand the whole process!

ROM:
w325_dj80umi_wcdma_20160331_songlixin_PC.rar
Extract the .rar file before use. The scatter file (MT6580_Android_scatter.txt)
is inside the extracted folder, together with the other elements.

SPFT:
SP_Flash_Tool_Win_v5.1552.rar
(use this one instead of the old version linked in the UMI forum guide)

VCOM driver:
MT65x3_USB_VCOM_drivers.zip
(still compatible with MT65xx phones)
It supports 32/64-bit Windows XP/Vista and only 64-bit Windows 7/8.x/10 systems.

No, the two models are based on different SoC platforms (MT6753 vs. MT6580), so their ROMs are not interchangeable.
