Flash the TWRP again (since the stock recovery already has been restored), then when you're trying ...

It doesn't work, i tried it twenty times, but always the umi boot screen pops a second time up. Is it possible that it isn't working because it is android 7.0 out of box?

No, that doesn't make sense. You might have a USB connection issue but that's impossible to tell remotely.

Is it normal that the whole flashing process only take 4 to 5 seconds?

Yes, it's normal if you flash only the recovery partition. Flashing a full ROM takes for about 1.5 - 3 minutes.

Hi,
No, if you don't tell me what else you have done with the flasher or in TWRP.

1. I had successfully installed the 2/28 release rom through spft (followed the steps exactly)

Similarly,

I used spft tool...

1. unchecked all the tick marks
2. changed the path of the exxisting recovery.img to the TWRPrecover.img in my pc.
3. "Download Now"
After success on PC..

switched on my Mobile... Held power+volUP ===> took me to boot up screen where it shows existing 3 options
recovery
fastboot
normal

i clicked on recovery

TWRP loadedup,
First time, it asked me whether to keep changes or to keep as READONLY

i clicked on keep changes and rebooted to system --> THIS IS WHERE BOOTLOOP OCCURED

Now,

Reinstalled ROM from SPFT which removed TWRP recovery
again, reinstalled TWRP as above, but this time .. i chose to keep it readonly .. NOW, No bootloop.. it booted into the system.. but ...
BUT, When i rebooted and tried to go to recovery .. an android with a red alert showed up (which is default recovery) .. TWRP got overwritten while rebooting

Now tell me how to keep TWRP as permanent recovery?

Simi ...

If you have such issues, after booting into TWRP, don't start it in read-only mode but install SU at the first time. After installing th SU binary, don't wipe the dalvik/cache, just reboot your phone. After installing SU your phone will reboot 2 times.

Ok, TWRP is not replaced now... its working fine...

one quick question.... what if i wanted to reinstall this rom.... would the recovery from the newer rom overright the TWRP recovery?
