I have same problem with TWRP Android 7. First time flash TWRP it's not working second time flash again TWRP it's working.

Remember one thing you need use  2017.1.23 scatter file.not 2016.8.25 scatter file. if use for Android 7 it's will not working

Press power button +volume up button .You will see Umi logo immediately stop press button wait for few seconds you will see the TWRP logo

I see Umi logo immediately stop press button wait for few second, Umi logo display again,then phone Normal boot;I power off phone，Press power button +volume up button，see Umi logo immediately stop press button wait for few second no command display again. I user new scatter flash recovery with win10 more time.Why?
