Hi,

Please flash your phone choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option instead of the default 'Download Only' and let's see if that solves your issue.

Hi, I have  a problem, after the last update " v3.03-20160423 firmware " the OTG is Not Working, Magnetic and Giroscope not work so it´s not possible watch 360° videos in Youtube and use compass please can you help me , thanks

Dear hcostas,

If you have problems with the OTG after updating your phone, I suggest you to update it again with this flash tool. There's a video, that proves the correct working of the OTG connection with this updated version.
There are no magnetic and gyro sensors built in this phone, so they've never could work, that's not about this update.

bencebacsi, si tratta dell'applicazione facebook messenger non permette di girare i video con il telefono, si possono solo effettuare delle foto i video no è un bug? succede la stessa cosa con il modello umi rome x

That's the fault of the fb messenger. Unfortunately their developers don't take attension on to make that app compatible with all known hardware. If you check the feeback list of that app, you can see that, many users have issues.

Thanks for the helpful instructions. Everything has worked out well so far, but had to reinstall some apps. Only all Apps from Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) no longer work:
_download and installation
_if the app is launched, it immediately closes,  no file can be opened
_if I reboot the UMI all Microsoft Apps no longer exists

What could be wrong?

No such issues can be confirmed. Please flash your phone with SPFT, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option. Try not to use your SD card as internal storage.

Hi Bence, when I use Phone Tester App it gives me that the phone has Gyroscope and Compass, I will attach some screenshot with de information.
It would be a great desepcion that the cell did not have these two elements, thanks !!!
