supersu on umi touch

how van i install supersu?if i tried to install supersu it gives a popup that the phone is not rooted.
and if i tried to flash it with rootjoy it gives a popup that the phone is not yet compatible?
i thought the phone was prerooted
please help

I recommend using apps to root your phone: Kingroot etc.
And If you will need Custom recovery, there is CWM for Umi Touch on needrom :

Installation of ROMs with rootjoy doesnt work (yet) for touch. Use the SP Flash-Tool to get a recovery. For example TWRP. In this forum there is a flashable 3.03 firmware. In this you change the stock recovery to a twrp-recovery (you get at xda forum). Flash only the recovery!. When flashed immideatly go to recovery (Volume up and Power) Otherwise (normal boot) the phone goes to the stock recovery again. With this recovery you flash su.zip . So you are root.

it's ok for me. TWRP + SU

you must do it by "Fastboot" method for to install TWRP or another custom recovery.

command ligne "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"

after, you install SU from TWRP.

UMI have a section in the page of the phone where they said that you can choose your custom rom with rootjoy.......but not root the phone!!!! bad bad news!!! I bought it also for this....

UMI can you root via FOTA or it's too late and sell phone not as promise?!?!
