UMI Iron image don't work?

i use ROOTJOY_1.0.4.16516_Setup.rar on my windows 10 and i download UMI_Iron_TWRP_2.8.7_recovery.Img.
i put the image on my sdcard.
i start the iron in recovery mode.

but i wrong. i chek boot partition, then Dalvik Cache.
but the iron start all time in recovery mode.
i read i must reinstall the image checking not Boot but Recovery.
but the iron start all time in recovery mode.
i user power + volume up for Select Boot Mode and i select [normal]
but the iron don't start.
i user power + volume up for Select Boot Mode and i select [Recovery] and now i'm in TWRP again.
Please, what can i do to update/reinstall the OS and have my Iron angain?
i wrong, i have no do a backup. but i'ts not important for my data, i have backup for music and image.

You wiped the boot partition?
If so, this is the problem.
If you have any data on your phone, save it to your PC then install a ROM of your choice in TWRP.
