Just to check the process I did the same on an old cubit p9, different ROM etc.

If you have format all + download process done on SPFT correctly then really I don't know what could be wrong.
Sound is like be processor or RAM can't handle software (calculations).
Did you removed all sim cards and SD card from phone?
Did you checked all boxes on SPFT?

And did you use this ROM too
Flashtool tutorials: UMI Forum or androidxda guide or YouTube guide (you can google a lot of other solutions and guides)
ROM: eMAX_2015_07_15_ROOT.rar Extract the .rar file before use. The scatter file (MT6752_Android_scatter.txt) is inside the extracted folder, together with the other elements.
SPFT: SP_Flash_Tool_Win_v5.1548.rar (use this one instead of the old version linked in the UMI forum guide)
VCOM driver: MT65x3_USB_VCOM_drivers.zip (still compatible with MT67xx phones)
Please make sure you checked preloader too.
Sorry for so many questions but some stuff doesn't make sense for me.
Could you tell me what happened with phone first time and why you decide to flash phone..

Sorry but I can't follow your explanations. Firstly you said that you flash your phone now you saying that you performed factory reset.
I am confused now

I think that we should start from scrap as I can't understand some details.
Every time when you want answer to me please click reply under my post and then I will get information about you answer.
Please tell me what exactly happened with phone
Is this your phone since first day?
Did you buy this phone in this condition?
Did you phone switched off it self and then couldn't boot?
Was this happened during charging?
Was ever something wrong with this phone?
Did you root this phone?
Did you ever update this phone? (SPFT or FOTA)
Did you ever changed ROM on this phone? (maybe ported from other brand etc)
I wish help you but I need start somewhere.

thanks,  so phone has been fine for a year from new,no rom changes,charging fine,never a problem with phone, never updated, i turned it on the other day and it is stuck in umi logo,   so i went into factory reset menu.  i was still stuck in umi logo screen.  i got rom on this forum  and  sp tools  and  drivers, all went well,  sp flash was sucessful.  i . was still i umi logo.  i tried a format and flash but still stuck in umi logo.    my recovery is UMI eMax VIBE ALPS.KK2.MP13.V1.1 0722.    and this is still show on the phone,   {rootjoy}

To flash your phone are you using Windows 10 64 bit?
I have funny feeling that computer not recognising your phone and is not re-flashing. Is saying OK but that really is nothing happening.
Do you have access to computer with Windows xp to check flashing process.?

Will try on xp soon, but did use win 10 laptop, which had v com port driver recognized, checked with device manager,.
