UMi Rome X v3.02 ROM - SPFT version

This is the SP Flash Tool version of the v3.02 firmware for UMI Rome X

Flash Tool operation is recommended for experienced users only. Do not use it if you cannot understand the whole process!

ROM:
w325_dj80umi_wcdma_20160307_songlixin_PC.rar
Extract the .rar file before use. The scatter file (MT6580_Android_scatter.txt)
is inside the extracted folder, together with the other elements.

SPFT:
SP_Flash_Tool_Win_v5.1552.rar
(use this one instead of the old version linked in the UMI forum guide)

VCOM driver:
MT65x3_USB_VCOM_drivers.zip
(still compatible with MT65xx phones)
It supports 32/64-bit Windows XP/Vista and only 64-bit Windows 7/8.x/10 systems.

In 3.01 GPS doesn't work. So the update don't solve one of the major problems of the phone. UMI Rome X is like no GPS, and compare with his rivals, it is a big big problem.

3.02 in very bad working GPS, you could even say does not work!!!

In my case, i have 3.01 version, and my Rome X GPS works fine. May be this week , try the 3.02...

No, you can't. this one here is a PC to phone flash tool ROM. There's not a single model of UMI that can be updated by a such way, that you mentioned.
I hope, this kind of update method also will be useful for you.

üdv. bencebacsi Rendelkezem én is egy UMI ROME X-el, amin a 3.01_20160120 FOTA-van. Sose csináltam még ilyen FOTA frissítést, le tudnád nekem írni, hogy mik a lépései? Remélem ez megoldást jelentene a bosszantó kis hibáknak. köszönöm, üdv

Unfortunately, there indicates the phone is up to date   I thought with the computer upgrade.
