Hello, any about it? I´ve tried to buy this item many times but always the same, nobody want to send this item by airplane. What do you offer us? There are many people with the same problem.

Hi,

Does the 24 months warranty cover the battery? Normally after 3 months of using if there is any problem with a phone I would be able to return it to the shop and get some help. I bought my phone from LoveTech and the only help I got from them is advice to buy a power bank or try some universal battery. They don't accept returns. Do not buy anything from that seller.
Please inform me as well if there is a replacement battery for my phone.
