ok, thanks, and i forgot to say that the DoubleTapWake sometines disable itself, often happened after reboot.

Hi, would you say that cm12.1 on emax mini makes the experience smoother and stutter-free? or is due to slow ram, so no major improvement is possible? Please share your experience on performance, it is a major factor.

Varotone's build of CM 12.1 is definitely ahead of the old 5.0.x version. Clean & lean.

Even though the SD 615 has single channel RAM, it's not the cause for stutters and sluggish response.
With CM 12.1 it's more fluid, even the touch seems to get picked up better, especially the buttons (back/home/menu) respond better in my opinion.

I was testing CM 12.1 R3 on the M3G (with the default screen protector used for shipping) vs. an eMAX mini running the stock OS without any screen protector.
I don't care much about benchmarks, Antutu scores, and "Uber-Leet-Liquid-Smooth-Blazing-Kernel ROMs".
This ROM is stable and delivers a solid performance (GPS Fix in under 20 sec. as well, GPS only, no help from WiFi or cell) and still has a nice set of customization options.

where you stand with the publication of cm12 directly to umi emax mini ?

I am having a lot of trouble to understand your questions, sorry. I'll try to respond whatever I can:

• Yes, you need to flash a custom recovery (TWRP) in order to flash the CM12.1. And in order to flash this rom converting to a TCL M3G is mandatory. There is TWRP for M3G in English or Chinese available, and CyanogenMod is multilanguage, including more than 90 languages, including at least one Chinese variant.
• No plans on CM11, honestly it wouldn't make any sense, even if it possible, to build a 4.4 rom for a phone which is 5.0 in stock.
• CM12.1 for eMAX mini is definitely possible, but development is currently halted. I want to first cleanup my sources and polish the M3G version. My current emax mini sources boot, but have no audio or telephony signal.

Hi,
I just wanted to say THANK YOU! You saved my phone - I really wanted to get rid of it (TCL M3G), as the ROM was really terrible. But first decided to switch to CM. Now I love it. I use it for 4 days now and no issues at all.

Just a note - I finally decided to use TWRP instead of regular recovery, as otherwise I could not back up my previous ROM (just in case).

And a final question. Where should I find further updates? On this thread?
