You can try to reinstall the firmware but if that doesn't help, you should request a replacement from your reseller. This issue probably can be repaired by reconnecting the ribbon cable of the touch panel however, if that's a brand new phone, I don't suggest you to repair or make it repaired by your own, or you lose its warranty.
I turned off the phone overnight. The next day it worked again. But after a few hours the same problem, no touchscreen but i can access to the system with a mouse and a cable otg.
Can i access to the engineer mode to verify the touchscreen hardware?
