Hi, I have serious troubles with my A9 Pro. First of all, it does not update OTA to the latest version, that's why I consulted this forum. Next, when I follow all the steps precisely, I still cannot update my A9 Pro at all. Not in the regular way, neither in the way described by connecting via usb, downloading and then pressing the power button. Even with an sd card and trying to update does not work. Help?!
Second issue, I loose volume after a couple of minutes after a reinstall. After a reinstall, setting ringtone works fine, but after a couple of minutes, setting ringtone does not work anymore. Also, when playing videos, no audio. When I am receiving a call, no ringtone to be heared. That is why I want to update my phone, in the hope that a new firmware will solve the problem.
For reference, I also have an A7 Pro, no problem whatsoever to update that phone to the latest firmware in the described way, so computer is not the problem.
Can anyone help me out?
