Small question. I already flashed TWRP on the stock Android version, using the English flash tool of bencebacsi (thanks for that). If I decide to follow the procedures for converting the phone to a M3G and to flash CM12.1, do I lose TWRP and do I have to flash TWRP again, as described in step 5. Or will my current TWRP be preserved?

You do lose TWRP and have to reflash it. You will also need to flash a TCL M3G TWRP, not a UMI eMAX mini one.

I can't even get passed the first step.  Windows 10 shows Android in other devices and not in COM port at all.  Tryed everthing but can't get a COM port.

Try going to the device manager, and then right click in Android (in other Devices), update driver, update from pc, select from installed list, and then in the list choose COM/LPT, Qualcomm Incorporated and HS-USB Diagnostics Port 9002.

Do I need to do step 1 and 2 if I have com port 9008 and just download the qcn file and restore it with 9008 com port at the end, will that work.

Hello,

Before I go any further this is the port I get when I am in downloading mode
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6IDG8BuyVfMR2RIQ0d5WmM2Vk0
Is it good? As it doesn't show android and it's (COM3) instead of (COM7) like in the tutorial...

Yes, that is good. The COM port number can be anything that is not occupied by an other system component. You can change it manually but that's not necessary.
