To operate your phone with QPST, first you have to add its COM port number in QPST configuration. If you can't see it in the list, just check its number in Windows's device manager and type it manually.

So, I had the same error.
My phone got in a state that the only working thing was the notification led. (when conected to pc)

The main issue is that the pc sees your device not as should be. You have to delete the installed drivers for your phone and installed them again.

That worked for me.

I tried to install with rootjoy but when is checking the phone says thats that is not currently supported, I have the stock rom of the 11/27/2015 without root or any modification, why is this happening?

eMax mini is not yet supported by Rootjoy due to the Qualcomm processor in it. You only can use the flash tools provided here to update your phone. The stock ROM should be rooted by factory.

Then why it appears now the ROM on rootjoy if it is not supported?
