I was just thinking about my tiny house and the impossibility of decorating it like that . Now I want to buy a new house, but I don't know which company to choose. So I decided to ask you which company would be the best choice, and how did you solve this problem if you faced it too. My friend advised Lumina ( https://www.lumina.com.ph if someone needs it), but these guys are located in the Philippines, and I'm looking for a company from the USA. What can you recommend?

Most people immediately think of closing cost when assessing home ownership – which generally makes up about two to five percent of the purchase price. Based on the median sales price of $321,100 for a home in the U.S. in 2017, you might pay between $6,422 and $16,066 in closing costs.

If you were to use the 28% rule, you could afford a monthly mortgage payment of $700 a month on a yearly income of $30,000. Another guideline to follow is your home should cost no more than 2.5 to 3 times your yearly salary, which means if you make $30,000 a year, your maximum budget should be $90,000.

I dreamed of my own home since childhood. I calculated my income last month and realized that I could not buy my own house this year. but my friend gave me valuable advice and I am grateful to him for that. he advised me not to waste time and money and build a mobile home. I understood that I am a beginner in this field and I need to increase my knowledge and improve my skills if I want to build mobile home on my own. I started to read a lot about it and study the details. I read about https://www.buungi.com/mobile-home-windows/ replacement windows for mobile homes and much more. I am confident that I will be able to build a wonderful mobile home in a short period of time.

I heard lumina is a really good developer in the Philippines. You should also check out their other sister brands like https://www.bria.com.ph/ I think. They are also an affordable house and lot developer.

What kind of house are you buying? I guess first thing you need to start with is to have a good floor plan made. Then you will see the scope of work you need to do.

Thanks, I also need this floor plan. I started constructing a new wooden house that has two floors. So I need to install about 10 doors and double as much windows. This https://thwindowsdoors.com/canada-windows-and-doors-whitby/ website provided me a good quotation of all that, but having a floor plan designed is, I think, essential to get the right measurements and price.
