Unfortunatly this Version don´t work with EU-Version of the Bison 2020. Got Error-Message, too.

It would be so wunderful, if the 2020 Version would get Android 11, too. I know that the policy is to sell cheap powerful phones with low software-support.

This is the price we have to pay for cheap price.

At the moment I´m not sure if my next Cell Phone will be a umidigi again.

This is really sad, because I like the Brand Umidigi so much. I´m willed to pay more for the Phone, because the hardware is always good and its money worth.

Please Umidigi. Go the next step to build up a powerful Brand. Don´t stop at this point. This is the wrong policy.

You have to make the existing customers happy. They will tell their frinds about. This is marketing with low costs!

Otherwise, you will only leave burnt earth behind.

I bought this brand in the last 3 years.
services are absolutely not helpful after sales.

This smartphone has really been a headache at the OS level above all.
This product is not worth it, the technical support is so miserable that the only answer is: "Everything is fine, it's your fault."
The new update keeps showing: "The software version is incorrect, ...." and I have already performed the version reset 5 times using Flash Tool.

This technical service is miserable. I did not update from the EEA version, as soon as version 0405 came out from my phone I installed it via WiFi and I got this horrible error.
Just at that moment I tried the EEA version, anyway I went back to the original version and it generated the error again for 5 more times.

I am asking for an update to Android 11. Our smartphone deserves it. It was bought before the premiere by faithful users of Umidigi. Appreciate it.

me parece increible que ya no saqueis actualizaciones para este telefono, asi como que no podamos actualizar a android 11.
hasta ahora he sido un fiel cliente de umidigi, pero viendo lo que haceis, no creo que vuelva a comprar otro telefono umidigi.

It was a dying bison purchased on 11/2020, worked normally for 8 months and then blocked it. I had to flesh the phone and put firmware ver 20210405.

After that, the phone works, but he won't make phone calls, carry it to the master and say I erased the IMEI numbers. So I have a question?

They gave those numbers somewhere physically written and from whom and how they can get them because, as the master says, they determine frequencies 3G and 4G, and that's why they can't work!

How do I solve the problem?
