UMIDIGI BISON Microphone problem in any calls SIM and application

Hello,

I received orders for Umidigi BISON after a very long wait, but there is the following problem https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zwXJmxQYiEw . It have microphone problem in any type of calls, exactly like in this video. Nobody can hear me in any application. That makes this not a phone. I cannot use this for phone.

Please write some solution about the problem!

Hallo!
I have same problem with mic. If calling via sim card then I hear speaker but he dont hear me. If I do mic test and it is working properly. If I making video it is working. On skype working. Not working via viber also.
I used NOISE app and it shows dB of noise.
What to do ?
Is it solved by someone ?

I also have some problem with this BISON product's software. Recently I really got bothered by emergency alert application. No matter what I did, Emergency alert keep make alert sound until i cheked alert message.I really can't turn off that sound. there is no option to turn off emergency alert app.

Some alert arrived at midnight so I had to get up to check alert then BISON stop making alert sound. I can't find option to turn off emergency alert on BISON product. I really don't know what to do about this.

I have done a lot of different way option on/off... but it doesnt really work.

So is there any way to uninstall/delete this emergency alert? or anyone know how to change amber sound whenever alert arrived??

Unfortunately there is not really a thread where to post my problem in so I am using this one which comes the closes. I have recently pruchased a Bison 2021, used it for 1 week and soddenly when making phone calls I could not hear the speakers voice anymore from the earpiece. When switching the phone to loudspeaker mode the callers voice is back and I can finish the conversation. This issue comes and goes. Hence it works for one call, interrupts the next call and then does not work at all anymore. It seems there is no logic to it. My phone has the latest ROM UMIDIG_BISON.R_V1.0_20210502_20210814-1526 System software installed.

Any idea what could be the issue and how this could be solved?

I have the same problem as 'the_ghost' Please advise what can be done. Making calls with Bluetooth, or wifi sometimes using speaker is my only option.
