I have upgraded the rom and now I cannot sign into Google account and the phone crashes after I try do do anything even go into settings. The phone will crash on it's own if left with the screen off even. Any advice?

I have had the A5 Pro for a year and I had almost no problems (I did not know that these updates were there), now I have updated to version 1.9 and I improve a lot (especially the functions and quality of the camera).
I have been reading some threads and I see that all the problems are common and recurring in this device! Therefore I think that the failures are not isolated facts! Personally, I think that android 9 already has many failures and I think an update to version 10 would be a good option.

A little question here... Can you update an EU mobile with a V1.7_20200430 ROM - to the latest v1.9 ROM? OTA update does not show any new version and I was thinking on trying a manual OTA.

Hi tidal !

For the EU, version 1.7.20200430 is the latest.
Version V1.9. is for global version only. You need to upload a new ROM for the global version via SP Flash Tool. The EU version is no longer supported.

A new device has appeared while checking the Home Network (Eset Mobile Security). Only using a Mac address did I find out that it was an A5 Pro. This name appeared after the last update.
