NEW UMIDIGI BISON main Speaker sound problem?

Same shit has hapend in today. Both speakers and 3.5JACK lost sound volume and quality. Can i solve that for myselfe or i must send it for warranty?

I have the same problem with voice calls that can't hear me

Hello,
Got new UMIDIGI BISON. Have problem with Main Speaker, when calling it turns off. I dont hear any sound. If I press Speaker button, then loud speaker works.
Made factory reset, and for a few days sounds working again. And then same problem.
Is it some kind of software issue which can be solved?

El problema de la sensibilidad del micrófono parece resolverse a través del menú de ingeniería. Pero después de la actualización, todo está bien.
