NEW UMIDIGI BISON main Speaker sound problem?

Ok today I received a new Bison. The sound was terrible. And then I realized something: the back of the phone has a big plastic sticker. Remove the sticker. The sound is great now!

hola buenos dias no puedo crear un nuevo hilo porque soy nuevo por eso lo pongo aqui
ayer recivi mi nuevo bison todo perfecto hasta que intente conectar al wifi no conecta siempre meda el error de autentificacion
y no conecta con el wifi ya intente a resetear el router varias veces
si alguien me puede ayudar

Me too. Can´t use the phone and Umidigi ain´t answer. Mic doesent work and speaker distorts the sound. I ordered this phone 16 th of october and can´t use it. I´m getting frustrated

I can't create new topic since I am not qualified. Pardon if this reply is out of topic.

My biggest problem with the phone is the quality of the pictures. They are just plain average to awful and average. This should be a separate thread, but I also cannot start a "Camera Issues" thread. Perhaps a mod can do this? If you install and run Camera2API the hardware support level is limited. I can't upload the pictures here for whatever reason. Anyhow, the current camera software needs development. Perhaps GCAM?

I'm having problems with the audio of the microphone on call. Other people hear me extremely quietly. Does anyone know how to solve this?
