The transition from the EEA to the Global version is seamless. The phone works very well.
The problem is keeping user data. Photos, music, documents ... don't cause a problem. Rather, the original personal system settings cause the problem.
I recommend a complete clean installation - Firmware upgrade, or a complete reset even with the deletion of all user data. It works similarly under the PC operating system. If you have a slow and freezing PC, reinstalling the system while leaving the original data and applications is not the answer. It is simply necessary to clean up.

Here is an example:
Buy a new car of the same make and type. On the old car you have beautiful discs with old tires. This will fit old tires to the new car. What did you get? Will the new car be safer?

I found one problem that was not for the EEA version.

By pressing the Volume Up / Down buttons, you can change the mode to Vibrate or turn off the sounds completely. But media sounds always stay on. That is not good.

I have no problem with any updates. There are two options. Decide what you want to sacrifice.
1. Try Reset to factory settings,
2. Upload the current version via SP Flash Tool, completely anew.

Unfortunately, Android is the most buggy operating system and still contains a lot of bugs. Do not use data recovery. By recovering data, you can get an error that causes problems.

If the current version works for me without any problems, then the bug cannot be in the update.

I recommend everyone not to overdo it with applications and especially to use applications only from proven and reputable companies. Copies and replacements of applications will only bring problems. How to recognize it? Simply put, a serious application does not include in the name e.g. Super, Total, Mega, Best ...

Olá, estou com um A5 pro e o mesmo apresenta problema no touch. O touch para de funcionar e volta ao normal depois de deligar e ligar a tela e isso acontece repetidas vezes. Gostaria da ajuda de vocês, qual é a melhor versão de firmeware que deu certo? a versão 1.8 é estável?
