Después de seis meses de uso, llegué a comprender que los botones solo son necesarios para disparar bajo el agua. En otras situaciones, solo interfieren. Y el modo de disparo bajo el agua es inconveniente.

Umidigi is the worst company, they have jerked me around for 2 months over a brand new phone that won't charge, had me troubleshoot 4 times and post videos 3 times and then because I said that the most water it could have been exposed to would have been wet fingers, they are saying that their waterproof Bison phone isn't covered by wet fingers? Is this a joke?

Again today, their tech support told me to do the same troubleshooting steps over again for the 4th time in 2 months. The worst company ever, never buy from them ever!!!

Worst phone ever, worst company ever. I bought one and 2 days after buying it it wouldn't charge, it may have never charged. And they say that it is because I handled it with maybe wet fingers, their so called waterproof phone isn't under warranty for wet fingers. They told me to have it fixed locally, ROFL nobody works on these POS phones, but I was still ripped off for $160 cover your warranty
